This weeks interview is with Lee Clayton, CFO of TredWear Letters. TredWear Letters manufactures custom add on lettering for any tire (in any size and font), meaning you can give any tire a classic, racy, or custom look regardless of what the tire manufacturer and sizes are. The lettering is also is permanent, and is applied using a patented glue compound. Chances are that you’ve seen their produces in business already – especially at the race track.

For those of you who have wanted your modern low-profile tires to look like an old Polyglas, or to create a lettering style for a tire no longer made, add simply to add your company name or sports team to something, this is the best route to get it!

About ten years ago Lee’s best friend (and current business partner) Michael was working on a 1963 Ford. He wanted to have whitewall tires on it but could not find any in the specific size he wanted to use. In the search for developing a way to simply add whitewalls on he discovered a company that had already found a way to do it….and then bought the business with Lee! They’ve expanded since then, and continue to grow today.

You can get more information on the web at Tredwear.com or on Facebook at Facebook.com/TredWear. You can also see many examples on the Instagram page Instagram.com/TredWear

Thanks for the great interview, Lee!
