KFShow Shirts are Back…and Hoodies are Too!

As announced last week, the latest and greatest KF Show Shirts are now back…and so are the hoodies! Our most popular design is – by far – the generally awesome car shirt that is jumping our generally awesome logo. This generally awesome shirt features a fairly random orange car design, randomly jumping stuff.

Also generally speaking, if you would like to support the show in a really tangible and way (i.e. to buy something) please consider purchasing one. We chose the best American Apparel super-cuddly shirt as the base, and the design is a one-off by our own pal Kirk. Your support keeps him, Bernie, Michael (the vid guy not Finnegan) and the our all new General in the green column and the show going.

Dukes Review: By-Line, Daisy Duke

K&F Show Summary:

This Dukes episode is the classic tale that’s as old as time itself; predatory lending, tractor thieving, and media manipulation done by powerful people with their own agenda. Other than the tractor part this could basically be the news in every city every day – so real world lessons here! Anyway, Boss has tractors stolen from people he lent money to to buy them, primarily because the original loans were at a low interest rate. Stick with me here. His evil, devious, yet genius plan was to get people the come to him for new loans on new tractors – which would now happen at the new higher interest rates – and allow him to resell them back their SAME tractors. Even more evil brilliant was the fact that he tricked Daisy Duke into falsely reporting to the media that Bo and Luke were behind it, complete with photo evidence. Never trust what you read in the news, kids. The General goes swimming in this one, so that’s cool. Don’t remember many jumps though. 8 Corndogs.

Corndog’s Insider Dukes of Hazzard Episode Specific Nerd Trivia:
3:26 – After the Dukes are run off the road by the tractor thieves, Bo and Luke are climbing out of the General… notice that this car has the round magnetic base CB antenna. This is a Cobra 21-940a and it is one of the only times that you will see this style antenna used throughout the entire series.

16:40 – When Cletus starts chasing the Duke Boys, the camera shows the view from the mirror on the General Lee. I just happened to catch a frame where you can see additional Hazzard police cars sitting in the background.

38:27 – When Luke leans down under the dash to fix the CB radio, you can see that this is a ’69 model Charger with factory A/C and a Sharp 40 channel radio.

43.34 – We see Luke jump out of a tree into the back seat of Bogg Hoog’s car. Then, Bo makes a U-Turn in the General Lee. This car is clearly a ’68 model based on the lack of side markers and back up lights… but the main reason I am pointing out this scene…. after the General Lee does a U-Turn, you can clearly see that it is wearing the wrong license plate. The plate is 83502, which is actually the license plate for Cletus’ patrol car.

44:08 – Looking out the back glass of the General Lee, when Daisy pulls up next to the General, to get the camera from Bo… you can clearly tell that this is not Catherine Bach. This is Kay Kimler, who was Daisy’s stunt double throughout most of the series. She also played small roles here and there throughout the series. In one of the more recent episodes that we reviewed, she was playing a nun… and Jack Gill was a pastor.

Corndog Show Rating: 7 Dogs

Dream Board Update: Goals to Accomplish Before Episode 200

rob_ferrari_dietcokesponsorship
Coca Cola Corporation take note. This is how awesome sponsoring our show would be. Even when driving Ferrari F-430 race prepped track cars Kibbe can only think about how refreshing a Diet Coke would be.

1. Get Diet Coke to Sponsor us….or just Kibbe. FAILED

2. Be characters in the Disney/Pixar movie, Cars 3. Finnegan is the General. Kibbe…is wishing he was the General. FAILED.

3. Syndicate the show onto TV and radio, having awesome guests in studio, with Dale Earnhardt Jr. on regularly to be our best friend.

4. Get John Schneider himself on the show with us. Pray to God he actually likes us and isn’t freaked out. NOV 2017: THIS IS GOING TO HAPPEN!

5. Blow up the podcast so that it becomes a regular weekly show, interviewing celebrities, and actually providing a living for us capable of allowing us to race cars anytime we want plus let our wives get the shoes they like.

6. Get our own studio.

7. We each get a General Lee (real car – not a toy). Kibbe has one!

8. Get a Voiceover Guy to announce the segments.

9. Jump a car together. Kibbe wants to go 30-feet vertical.

10. Make a Dream GL that is based off of a 1973 NASCAR Charger (like the 1/16th scale AMT model)

11. Kibbe needs a new wallet to replace his “George Costanza”.

12. Mike to get a new truck for legit towing. DONE!
