Ho Ho Ho! It’s time for Santa to REALLY fly this year….Generally speaking, of course.

Guess what? We have new Christmas duds, featuring Santa Claus behind the wheel of the fastest sleigh ever made (Generally Speaking, of course). Available in red, white, and black, these Christmas tees should fit in well at any race track as well as an ugly Christmas sweater party. We have hoodies too.  Seriously.

If you would like to support the show in a really tangible way (i.e. to buy something), please consider purchasing one. We chose the best American Apparel super-cuddly shirt as the base, and the design is a one-off by our own pal Kirk. Visit KFSHOWSHIRTS.COM

to pick one up!

Available to order until Dec 15.

Episode 51 – Thanksgiving Banter:

Need advice to make your turkey day more fun – or more bearable? We cover both in this episode for you. Also, for the first time ever we re-enacted the dialogue from one scene in this movie. Poorly.

Want to make her day? Flowers bro, flowers.

Welcome Pro Flowers!

This Thanksgiving episode is presented by the thing every hostess wants for Thanksgiving: Appreciation and Recognition, all in the form of Flowers. Bonus points if she receives it in front of others that will be insanely jealous! Better yet, ProFlowers bouquets are guaranteed to stay fresh for at LEAST 7 days or your money back, and you control the delivery date. We tested it. It’s legit. The flowers come with instructions to keep them fresh and looking food for a week and give you more bloom for your buck—big, beautiful flowers, more stems for your money, and long-lasting freshness.

Need more? It’s going to be CHEAP too! To get 20% off all bouquets of $29 or more, go to ProFlowers.com, and use our code “KAFS” at checkout!

Planes, Trains, and Automobiles

K&F Show Summary:

This is the world most perfectly made buddy movie centered on the topic of Thanksgiving, ever. It stars Steve Martin and John Candy and was written, produced, and directed by the 1980’s move genius, John Hughes. Neil Page (Steve Martin) and Del Griffith (John Candy) are two travel companions unwontedly stuck together when their flight from NYC to Chicago is diverted to Wichita, KS. What happens over the next two days will go down in movie lore as the strangest scene involving butt cheeks, 18 f-bombs in a row at a car rental counter, and a 1986 Dodge 600 convertible that catches fire. It’s comedic genius. Happy Thanksgiving!

Super Insider Nerd Trivia:

-The entire story was inspired by a bad trip that John Huhges had. Like all of his movies, home base is Chicago.

-John Candy once said that when he read the script he said it was the most perfect role for him ever.

-Kevin Bacon was in the movie twice, once on camera in the opener scene in New York, and you hear him once in the movie that Steve martin’s wife has on TV – while she’s asleep. That’s another John Hughes movie called She’s Having a Baby.

-The driving route from Wichita to St Louis to Chicago is 740 Miles

Dream Board Update: Goals to Accomplish Before Episode 200

rob_ferrari_dietcokesponsorship
Coca Cola Corporation take note. This is how awesome sponsoring our show would be. Even when driving Ferrari F-430 race prepped track cars Kibbe can only think about how refreshing a Diet Coke would be.

1. Get Diet Coke to Sponsor us….or just Kibbe. FAILED

2. Be characters in the Disney/Pixar movie, Cars 3. Finnegan is the General. Kibbe…is wishing he was the General. FAILED.

3. Syndicate the show onto TV and radio, having awesome guests in studio, with Dale Earnhardt Jr. on regularly to be our best friend.

4. Get John Schneider himself on the show with us. Pray to God he actually likes us and isn’t freaked out. NOV 2017: THIS IS GOING TO HAPPEN!

5. Blow up the podcast so that it becomes a regular weekly show, interviewing celebrities, and actually providing a living for us capable of allowing us to race cars anytime we want plus let our wives get the shoes they like.

6. Get our own studio.

7. We each get a General Lee (real car – not a toy).

8. Get a Voiceover Guy to announce the segments.

9. Jump a car together. Kibbe wants to go 30-feet vertical.

10. Make a Dream GL that is based off of a 1973 NASCAR Charger (like the 1/16th scale AMT model)

11. Kibbe needs a new wallet to replace his “George Costanza”.

12. Mike to get a new truck for legit towing. DONE!
