Wyoming is the best place in the U.S. to own a classic muscle car

Posted by on May 28, 2009 with 0 Comments

Muscle car lovers, start your engines…..and head to Wyoming!

MSN Money just recently published an article that ranked Wyoming as the state in which drivers receive the least amount of moving violation citations per driver.  They created their ranking based on a number of factors, such as:

  • Speed limits.
  • The use of red-light or speed cameras.
  • Laws banning cell phone use while driving.
  • Whether speeders are allowed jury trials.
  • The number of speed traps (weighted by population).

What does that mean for people like us?  Well – for the most part, the cars we like to drive have 2 strikes against them just sitting in the driveway….so any help we can receive in staying on the good side of the law is a good thing for us!  So fire up your Charger, grab your Mustang, and hop in your Nova – Wyoming is calling!

One last thing – just in case you’re curios as to which state ranked the worse, I’ll give you a hint.  It rhymes with “New Jersey.”
