Clay is a household name in drag racing today….but his humble beginnings in hi parents small grocery store in Tennessee are where it all began. Why? Because in the parking lot – abandoned and wrecked – was the first car he’d ever take down the track a 1969 Dodge Charger that he painted like the General Lee. Even crazier? He listens to our show!!

Dukes Review: The Law and Jesse Duke
What’s remarkable about this episode is that Bernie actually watched it and that the stunts are pretty great. Boss Hogg eats a gigantic sandwich as well. That’s fun. And with that…..other than those two facts, the only episode details I remember are that Rosco and Cletus go on strike which allows Boss to have a huge crime spree be able to run unabated, then forcing Uncle Jesse – the only honest man in Hazzard – to become Sheriff and arrest Bo and Luke. 8.5 Corndogs out of 10.
